Meet Scott
Scott McIntosh, founder of Oswald Scott Surveying, brings over a decade of expertise in residential property surveying. He holds an AssocRICS accreditation and a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of the West of England, Bristol. His commitment to the profession is further exemplified by his membership with the Residential Property Surveyors Association.
Scott began his career with e.surv Chartered Surveyors, one of the UK's largest residential surveying firms, gaining extensive training and experience across South London and the South East home counties.
After returning to Bristol, Scott worked in a Private Surveying Practice, further honing his skills in building defect analysis and residential valuations working as a full time Building Surveyor & Valuer covering a wide variety of property types and locations. His work also extended to property auctions from time to time, providing a well-rounded understanding of the residential real estate sector.
After years of working in Bristol, both in corporate and private surveying practices Scott has built strong connections and relationships within the Bristol community, including knowledge of the built environment.
Through Oswald Scott Surveying Ltd, Scott is dedicated to offering a detailed, bespoke service that reflects his years of experience and consideration towards his clients.
