RICS Home Survey

Level 2 inc. Valuation

The RICS Home Survey Level 2 previously known as the RICS HomeBuyer Report is conducted by a qualified RICS professional. This intermediate survey is ideal for a wide range of UK properties.

The Survey & Valuation option, in addition to the RICS Home Survey Level 2 (Survey), includes a professional market valuation conducted by a qualified RICS surveyor. This comprehensive report not only assesses the property's condition but also highlights key factors that may impact its market value.

The surveyor identifies any issues that, if not addressed, could affect the property's worth, providing you with valuable insights to inform your purchase decision.
