RICS Home Survey
Level 3
This level of service is ideal for clients seeking a thorough, professional opinion based on an in-depth evaluation of the property.
The surveyor carefully and thoroughly inspects the inside and outside of the main building, all permanent outbuildings, recording the construction and defects that are evident including its services, and the surrounding grounds, offering a more detailed assessment than a Level 2 survey.
The report meticulously describes the construction methods and materials used throughout the property, while also providing an in-depth analysis of its condition. Each defect or issue is not only identified but also assessed in terms of its significance and potential impact, giving you a clear understanding of both current and future concerns.
This survey is available for all house types but is specifically tailored for pre-1880 properties, which require extra inspection time due to their age and condition. This comprehensive survey ensures you have a complete picture of the property’s overall condition, allowing you to make well-informed decisions.
